Certified Patent Check — €699
Before anything, we run a full status and marketability review on your patent: legal status, whether renewal fees are paid, ownership, any existing licences or encumbrances, and a marketability read. You receive a signed EX-IX certificate. If we go on to acquire the rights, the €699 is credited to your deal — and if we don't, the report is yours to keep and use with any buyer.
We acquire the rights
If it checks out, we take the commercial and economic rights — by purchase or exclusive licence. You're paid upfront, on a revenue share, or both.
We monetise it
We license it by field and territory, sell it, or place it on our platform — through our network and our buyers. Once the rights are ours, moving it is our job, not yours.
Upfront purchase
A fixed sum for the rights. Clean exit; we carry all the risk and the upside.
Revenue share
No cash upfront; you keep a percentage of everything it earns once we monetise it.
Hybrid
A smaller upfront sum plus a reduced revenue share. Some cash now, some upside later.
Terms are set per patent — value depends on field, grant status, and market. Under the licence and revenue-share models, legal title and inventorship stay yours; only the commercial rights transfer.
